He is a contractor and farmer by passion. Eleven terraces were dismantled and renovated by recreating the stone structure. A 750-plant olive grove in the hills of the city, artfully restored, with eleven dry stone walls “a Unesco World Heritage Site.” It is the great little treasure that stands in the area of San Mattia on the Torricelle, cultivated by Erminio Cordioli, a Veronese building contractor, and his American wife Ceil Friedman, a translator and book writer.
