A harmonious balance
conferred by the territory

Located in the picturesque hills above Verona and surrounded by tranquil woods, our grove is home to centuries-old olive trees alongside carefully tended new plantings. These include local varieties such as Grignano and Favarol, along with other prized Italian cultivars.

Protected by the Lessini Mountains, about 200 meters above sea level, our farm offers ideal conditions for growing olive trees. The region’s microclimate, naturally calcareous soil, and diverse local flora create a perfect environment for producing extra virgin olive oils with exceptional flavor profiles.

Over the last decade, we have devoted substantial resources to restoring the majestic dry-stone walls that support the terraces and shape our olive grove, safeguarding not only the trees but also the land that sustains them.

In 2018, stone walls like ours became part of the prestigious UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. This important recognition, citing the use of this technique in Italy and seven other countries, brought worldwide attention to the history, beauty, and durability of these structures.
