Return policy

In accordance with the applicable legal provisions (Articles 52 to 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005, as amended and supplemented), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without the need to provide any reason, within 14 days from the date of physical receipt of the goods, in the manner prescribed by the aforementioned legislative decree.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of their decision by means of an explicit declaration sent to one of the following addresses:

The withdrawal period shall be deemed respected if the communication is sent before the expiration of the 14-day period.

Please Note: We are unable to accept returns of any product that has been opened or where the tamper-evident seal on any bottle within the case received has been broken or damaged. In such cases, pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005, as amended and supplemented, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal provided for under Article 52 of the same decree.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its receipt. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

To return your product, it must be sent exclusively in its original packaging to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, which may vary depending on the point of origin. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.
