Our extra virgin olive oils
While our three blends share the same “DNA” — rooted in the land, traditions, and care that define our estate — each has its own distinct personality, much like siblings in a family. We love them all equally and value the unique character and expression each one brings to the table. Cold extracted within hours of harvesting, these EVOOs are available in 16,9 oz (500ml) dark-green glass bottles with tamper-proof caps.
CAMPO STORICO
The most “local” of our extra virgin olive oils, Campo Storico is a medium-fruity oil made from the traditional cultivars of the Veronese area — Grignano and Favarol — and takes its name from the historic heart of our estate. Its distinctive character is expressed through vibrant citrus and floral notes, enriched with hints of green almond and banana. On the palate, these aromas are confirmed, offering a harmonious balance of bitterness and spice. It is the ideal finishing oil for fish and seafood, salads, and raw vegetables.
CAMPO DELLE MAROGNE
This medium fruity extra virgin olive oil comes from an area of the grove terraced with monumental dry-stone walls, known locally as “marogne”, which define the landscape of our property. Made from Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Grignano olives, it delivers a complex sensory profile, with notes of bitter almond, green coffee, and aromatic herbs and pronounced evocations of artichoke and thistle on the palate. Characterized by a perfect interplay of bitterness and lingering spiciness, it pairs perfectly with grilled meats, cooked vegetables, and legumes.

AUGUSTO – GRAND CRU
This year marks the official debut of our Augusto Grand Cru, an exclusive selection of extra virgin olive oil crafted from the fruit of our young Itrana olive trees and our finest Favarol and Moraiolo oils. With a medium fruitiness, it reveals notes of green almond and citrus, complemented by subtle floral tones and a touch of green coffee. Its flavor offers a perfectly balanced interplay of bitterness and spice. Produced in a limited edition of just 200 bottles, this oil is a special tribute to Erminio’s father, Augusto, whose legacy continues to inspire us.
